Job summary

SheLeads Staffing is seeking Behavior Therapists/RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home-based settings across California. Join a clinician-owned team with strong clinical support, training, and growth opportunities. Flexible scheduling and meaningful work with families are emphasized.

Ideal candidates have ABA experience, a BA/BS in a related field, and bi-lingual Spanish-speaking abilities; transportation and background checks are required. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year ABA experience preferred.
• Background in autism, special needs, education, mental health, or ABA.
• Availability primarily 3pm–6pm, Monday–Friday, with 1-year commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral therapy and skills training in home-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with guidance from supervising clinicians.
• Create engaging and motivating sessions for clients and families.
• Collect and maintain accurate session notes and data.
• Provide feedback, education, and recommendations to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, schools, and other providers.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
