This BT will provide direct one-to-one ABA services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting session data.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism or related developmental needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients according to individualized treatment plans.
• Implement skill-building and behavior-reduction programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors regarding client progress and session updates.
• Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration as assigned.
• Follow all ethical, professional, and safety standards related to ABA service delivery.
