Holmes Murphy is seeking a Clinical Wellbeing Intern for a 10-week summer program in Minneapolis, MN (onsite). The intern will support clinical vendor management, insights review, and development of wellbeing deliverables for client populations, while gaining exposure to client presentations and communications.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, leadership access, and on-site engagement to build industry knowledge and practical skills within the Employee Benefits Clinical team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution.
• Examples of majors include Health Sciences, Public Health, Community Health, Health Promotion.
• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably customer service or administrative roles.

We are looking to add a Clinical Wellbeing Intern to join our Employee Benefits Clinical team in the Minneapolis, MN office. Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture. You will:

• Assist with clinical vendor management, materials and playbooks.
• Assist with reviewing clinical insights, strategies in place and assessing future clinical needs of clients.
• Assist with development of wellbeing deliverables specific for each client’s population health needs.
• Assist with client presentations and communications, specific for each client’s employee population.
