Job summary

Reporting to the Program Lead, you will manage timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships, while maintaining speed, quality, and regulatory readiness across multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing a clinical program from IND to late-stage development.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong budgeting and schedule management across interdependent timelines.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to motivate diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own integrated clinical program plans from IND to trials.
• Lead cross-functional clinical trial teams and ensure alignment.
• Lead project team meetings and ensure effective information sharing.
• Collaborate with preclinical, AI/ML, and data science teams to accelerate execution.
• Oversee external vendors, CROs, and partners with budgets and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on study execution and portfolio.
• Proactively identify issues that affect deliverables and budgets.
