Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Life Sciences or related field.
- PM certification preferred (PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM).
- 5+ years leading IT projects in healthcare, pharma, or biotech environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead full delivery lifecycle of AI-enabled products and IT initiatives.
- Coordinate AI/ML milestones from ideation to production release.
- Manage clinical analytics platforms and dashboards with stakeholders.
- Translate clinical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Ensure data privacy, integrity, and regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; manage budgets and vendors.
- Develop schedules, RAID logs, and status reports for leadership.
- Govern cross-functional teams across IT, data/analytics, and QA.
