Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research seeks a Data Entry Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate entry of visit data into EDC and related software, in full compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and SOPs.

You will collaborate with site staff to review charts, resolve discrepancies, and support data-related study activities while safeguarding patient confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of clinical data entry experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computer applications, email, and web tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter clinical visit data into EDC and other systems accurately and on time.
• Review patient charts and medical records to ensure data accuracy per protocol.
• Report irregularities or problems to the appropriate parties.
• Support other clinical research activities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients and company information in compliance with HIPAA.
