Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Business Development Manager to advance NCCT Sales by identifying and securing clinical trial opportunities with industry sponsors. You will report to the Director of Business Development and work with leadership to grow the NCCT portfolio across Advocate Health.

The role focuses on pipeline expansion, cross‑functional collaboration, and market intelligence to inform strategic planning and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
3+ years of business development or sales experience in clinical trials preferred.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline and activities.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential industry partners; expand NCCT’s clinical trial opportunities.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with NCCT leadership, researchers, legal, and finance teams.
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to inform strategy and planning.
Lead the creation and development of tailored proposals; negotiate terms and present materials to sponsors.
Foster long-term sponsor and CRO relationships and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
