Nadora Healthcare in Colorado is seeking an experienced Clinical Trials Business Development Director to grow our research program by identifying and securing new opportunities.

This relationship-driven role focuses on building sponsor and CRO partnerships, expanding our trial portfolio, and guiding site development from feasibility to study award. You will leverage an established network to generate repeat opportunities and elevate our research capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in clinical research business development.
• Established network with sponsors, CROs and pharmaceutical companies.
• Ability to prospect, network and close opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with site development, sponsor relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue clinical trial opportunities aligned with our physicians, specialties and capabilities.
• Leverage a network of sponsors, CROs, and industry professionals to generate opportunities.
• Establish relationships with trial decision-makers responsible for site identification and selection.
• Proactively contact sponsors and CROs about upcoming studies and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential trials.
• Position our organization and investigators as attractive research partners.
• Coordinate introductions between sponsors/CROs and our leadership and teams.
• Track opportunities from initial contact through feasibility, site selection, contracting, and awards.
• Attend industry events to generate new relationships and opportunities.
• Identify new therapeutic areas and partnerships to expand research capabilities.
