Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead site management, monitoring and data integrity across studies. You will oversee CRAs and central monitors, coordinate with Study Start Up, Recruitment and Data Management, and ensure timely delivery against milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and align teams on milestones.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management, clinical monitoring and central monitoring with focus on patient safety, data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Reviews study scope, budget and protocol; ensures team is aware of obligations.
• Identifies risks to deliverables and escalates as needed.
• Participates in key meetings and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
• Manages study tools and templates and ensures CTMS and dashboards are available.
• Coordinates training for study team on protocols, CRFs, timelines and SOPs.
• Monitors resource allocations for CRAs and Central Monitors and tracks progress.
• Reviews CTMS, EDC and TMF for timely data updates and study status.
• Ensures documentation reflects risks to protocol and patient safety.
