Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, life sciences, project management, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, client services, clinical research, logistics, or related environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming RFPs, budgeting requests, and proposal activities for CTL/kitting services.
• Develop, review, maintain, and submit study budgets and proposal information.
• Coordinate with clients, BD, GPO, CTL operations, and internal teams to clarify study scope and timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients with timely communication.
• Lead and coordinate new study startups, including kickoff meetings and documentation.
• Track study actions, deliverables, and timelines to ensure commitments are met.
• Liaise between clients and cross‑functional teams to implement requirements.
• Partner with kit production, distribution, and other operational teams.
• Identify and resolve operational, financial, timeline, and service issues.
