QPS is seeking a Clinical Trial Recruiter to join our administration team in Springfield, MO. This full-time role focuses on pre-qualifying potential study participants, explaining study details, and scheduling visits while maintaining protocol adherence and patient communications.

You will manage calls, emails, and walk-ins, with a heavy phone-based workload and a strong emphasis on patient-friendly recruitment. Prior healthcare admin experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of overall business experience.
• Prior customer service industry experience desirable.
• Prior healthcare administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill current and upcoming studies by recruiting suitable participants.
• Ensure strict protocol adherence during recruitment.
• Pre-qualify potential participants via medical history and demographics.
• Explain study aspects and schedule participants accordingly.
• Handle office tasks and calls, emails, and assist walk-in participants.
• Position is primarily phone-based with no cold calling.
