The role provides leadership to the BSD clinical research enterprise and drives process improvements across clinical departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.
• Experience in administrative roles within academic or research settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and negotiate clinical trial budgets and contract terms with industry, federal, and private sponsors.
• Advise faculty and staff on budgets and contracts in a clear, professional manner.
• Read and interpret protocol, budget, contract, informed consent, and lab manuals.
• Ensure document harmonization and compliance.
• Facilitate timely execution of clinical trial agreements.
• Coordinate with departments and core facilities for multi-investigator grants.
• Prepare summaries of grants and effort allocations for PIs.
