Medical College of Wisconsin seeks a Clinical Trial Budget Specialist II to develop budgets for increasingly complex trials, emphasizing quality, training, and monitoring. You will coordinate day-to-day study activities and provide project management support to finalize budgets for the Clinical Neuroscience Research Center.

The role requires collaboration with investigators, staff, sponsors, and administration to ensure accurate costs, proper resource allocation, and compliant budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in clinical research, including experience with industry-funded trials or contracts.
• Experience with budgeting and pricing in clinical research preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; OnCore CTMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical trial budgets with complete cost capture across protocols.
• Collaborate with investigators, staff, sponsors, and administration to finalize budgets.
• Submit and maintain budget and financial data in CTMS for reimbursement integrity.
• Conduct pre-award QA to verify required elements before Medicare Analysis.
• Provide budget guidance and training to clinical research teams.
