Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate financial provisions of complex clinical research agreements, proposals and awards to ensure compliant processes.
• Mentor department staff and provide training to enhance performance.
• Determine Medicare Coverage Analyses (MCAs) for applicable studies to protect resources and budgets.
• Collaborate with Principal Investigators, Compliance Office, IRB, Risk Management, and external sponsors to ensure compliant management of sponsored research.
