Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Experience with grant budgeting and contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and negotiate clinical trial budgets and contract terms with industry, federal, and private funders.
• Advise faculty and staff on budgets and contracts in a clear, professional manner.
• Read and interpret protocol, budget, contract, and consent documents.
• Ensure document harmonization and compliance; facilitate timely execution of agreements.
• Interact with departments and offices to ensure efficient operation; maintain professional relationships with sponsors.
• Contribute to data analysis using metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor IRB submissions and approvals; manage post-award activities such as salary allocations.
• Prepare summaries for Principal Investigators and coordinate multi-investigator grants.
