Accordance Search Group seeks a Clinical Trainer / Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team. You will own onboarding and training, provide support, and help improve scan quality from your remote home office, with up to 60% travel across the U.S. and occasional travel to Canada.

You’ll report to the Customer Training and Development Manager in a fast-paced startup environment focused on patient care.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in medical training or education with hands-on medical imaging exposure and patient interaction.
• Proficiency in ultrasound imaging is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with medical professionals.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S., with occasional travel to Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and training remotely and in-person to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely customer and technical support for smooth operations.
• Monitor and enhance scan quality through proactive engagement and training.
• Demonstrate products via virtual or in-person demos to drive sales and expand reach.
