Job summary

Aviva Health is seeking a Clinical Training Coordinator to lead onboarding and ongoing clinical education for Medical Assistants and other staff. You will coordinate onboarding programs, EMR training, and competency assessments to support patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Working with clinic managers and leaders, you will ensure consistent education, track progress, and provide targeted coaching. A strong background in clinical education and EMR systems is essential, with travel to

Qualifications

Experience delivering clinical education, onboarding, and competency validation.
Ability to coordinate EMR onboarding and ongoing education for clinical staff.
Familiarity with clinical workflows, documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver onboarding for Medical Assistants, including classroom, hands-on, and virtual instruction.
Train staff on clinical workflows, documentation, and patient care standards.
Schedule training activities and track trainee progress and competencies.
Provide coaching/remediation and communicate progress to leadership.
Develop and update training materials, checklists, and resources.
Travel between locations to provide onboarding and training support.
