Job summary

PeopleOne Health in the West Palm Beach area seeks a Clinical Training Specialist to develop, coordinate and deliver clinical training across new and existing centers. You will onboard new hires, assess competencies and ensure adherence to standards.

Travel 50–75% to health center locations, provide on-site and virtual instruction, stay current with clinical guidelines, and collaborate with area managers and clinical leaders to drive quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a clinical role in primary care, urgent care, or outpatient setting.
• Minimum 1–3 years in formal training delivery.
• Preferred: training program development or clinical education; familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured orientation programs for Medical Assistants, clinical staff, and Providers.
• Conduct on-site and virtual training for new clinic openings, including workflow simulations and go-live support.
• Develop and update training materials, job aids, checklists, and policy-based education tools.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Clinical Leaders, and Operations to assess training needs.
• Facilitate mock clinics, hands-on skills training, and real-time coaching during and after go-live.
• Conduct chart audits and clinical quality checks to identify trends and remediation opportunities.
