Qualifications

• Non-clinical onboarding for new and existing staff.
• Training scheduling and facilitation across multiple topics.
• HIPAA privacy rules, CFR-Part 2, patient confidentiality and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation sessions for newly hired staff.
• Schedule training sessions per licensure/ accreditation timeframes.
• Develop and maintain a training calendar and materials.
• Track attendance, assessments, and certifications; report to management.
