Job summary

Arcare Augusta is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist. This full-time (hourly) role delivers hands-on clinical education to nurses, medical assistants, hybrid roles, and specialty care staff, reporting to the Lead Clinical Trainer.

You will help build and deliver training programs that promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, while supporting onboarding, skills validation, and ongoing professional development across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; MA training minimum.
• LPN program completion preferred.
• Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas or compact state preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical education to nurses, medical assistants, and hybrid staff.
• Develop and deliver role-specific training programs to promote clinical excellence.
• Support onboarding, skills validation, and ongoing professional development.
