Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Clinical Program Trainer to design and deliver industry-leading training for clinical professionals and internal teams. You will lead learning strategy, create materials, and ensure learning effectiveness across client programs, reporting to the National Program Director.

The role requires building onboarding, advanced curricula, and leveraging technology to deliver impactful training while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate is required; RN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharma/biotech training experience.
• Demonstrated ability applying adult learning principles, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick evaluation, competency models, curriculum and workshop design.
• Outstanding PowerPoint content design skills and strong facilitation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials for multiple franchises using live, virtual, or workshop formats.
• Apply adult learning principles to maximize retention and transfer of knowledge.
• Create training content from scratch using ADDIE methodology and maintain curricula to reflect changes in healthcare.
• Conduct needs analyses with SMEs and client groups to identify gaps.
• Provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop onboarding and advanced curricula, including leader guides and train-the-trainer materials.
• Define metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
