Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States seeks a Clinical Program Trainer to lead industry‑leading training and learning strategy for clinical professionals and client teams. You will design programs, oversee content development, and drive measurable training effectiveness in a fast-paced setting.

Reporting to the National Program Director, you will build onboarding and advanced curricula, leverage technology, and maintain a Training Plan to achieve strategic goals across franchises while travelling

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate required; RN preferred
• Experience applying adult learning principles and ADDIE
• Kirkpatrick evaluation and curriculum design experience
• Excellent content design and PowerPoint skills
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials for new hires, annual and follow-up trainings across franchises
• Deliver trainings via live classroom, virtual sessions, meetings, teleconferences and workshops
• Create and update course materials to reflect healthcare trends and compliance
• Conduct needs analyses with SMEs and client groups to close gaps
• Design learning content using ADDIE and provide evaluations of training effectiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build onboarding and continuing education curricula
