Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Clinical Program Trainer to design and deliver industry-leading training for clinical professionals and client teams. Reporting to National Program Director, this role drives learning strategy, develops materials, and measures effectiveness to ensure compliant, high-quality training.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS, 3+ years pharma/biotech training, expertise in ADDIE and Kirkpatrick, and exceptional PowerPoint and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability applying adult learning principles and design methods.
• Experience with ADDIE training design and Kirkpatrick evaluation.
• Excellent PowerPoint content design and delivery skills.
• Strong facilitation, platform and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops training materials for initial hire, annual and follow-up classes across franchises.
• Uses adult learning principles to optimize retention and application.
• Creates content (presentations, manuals, e-learning) reflecting clinical trends and field needs.
• Performs needs analyses with SMEs to identify gaps and design solutions.
• Designs learning content from scratch; updates materials for compliance and relevance.
• Measures training effectiveness and reports outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with leadership to build onboarding and advanced curricula.
