Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Program Trainer to design and deliver industry-leading training across client teams. You will develop comprehensive programs, lead content creation, and drive learning effectiveness while partnering with clinical management and stakeholders.

Experience in pharma/biotech training and ADDIE-based design is essential. The role requires traveling to Syneos Health locations as needed, with a focus on creating onboarding and advanced curricula and ensuring ongoing

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate required; RN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharma/biotech training.
• Evidence of applying adult learning principles and ADDIE/Kirkpatrick models.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and excellent facilitation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials for initial and ongoing training across franchises.
• Utilize adult learning principles to maximize retention and application.
• Design content using ADDIE method and update materials to reflect changes.
• Evaluate training impact and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to create onboarding and advanced curricula.
• Coordinate home-study materials and track completion via LMS.
