Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Clinical Program Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training for clinical teams across franchises. You will develop materials, use ADDIE methodology, and update content to reflect regulatory and clinical trends while ensuring effective learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include onboarding curricula, leveraging the Learning Management System, and partnering with leadership to meet stakeholder needs. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate required; RN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years pharma/biotech training.
• Demonstrated ability applying adult learning principles, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, competency models, curricula and workshop design.
• Outstanding PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent facilitation, platform and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at Syneos Health locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials for initial, annual and follow-up sessions across franchises.
• Create content using ADDIE methodology and update materials to reflect changes in healthcare.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to build onboarding and advanced curricula using technology.
• Coordinate LMS access and tracking of training completion.
