The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Education or Counseling with KY licensure, 2–3 years of supervisory clinical experience, and strong public speaking and interpersonal skills to engage teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Education, Counseling or related field and KY licensure.
• Two to three years of clinical supervisory experience with program management and budget experience.
• Knowledge of state and Joint Commission licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs clinical, prevention, and administrative personnel, including scheduling, coordinating activities, performance reviews, and training.
• Leads and participates in staff meetings (treatment planning, reviews, committees, departments).
• Implements and plans unit programming, identifies trends, addresses issues, develops new programs/services.
• Monitors unit fiscal performance and maintains related documentation.
• Provides public relations support for clinical programs to EAPs, agencies, referrals, and local community.
• Ensures compliance with state and Joint Commission licensure standards and participates in licensure activities.
• Identifies training needs, develops training programs, and implements them.
• Interviews and hires staff and handles personnel issues and grievances.
• Acts as AODE's designated Clinical Supervisor for their programs of responsibility.
