Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Program Trainer to lead development and delivery of industry-leading training for clinical professionals and internal teams. You will design programs, oversee content, and ensure learning effectiveness using ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate required; RN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years pharma/biotech training.
• Ability to apply adult learning principles, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, curriculum and workshop design.
• Excellent PowerPoint content design skills.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to assess and meet customer needs.
• Analytical, strategic mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Learns new clinical and product knowledge quickly.
• Excellent computer/technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials for multiple franchises via live/classroom and virtual sessions.
• Apply adult learning principles to maximize retention and transfer.
• Create and update curricula, job aids, manuals, and online tutorials.
• Conduct needs analysis with SMEs and client groups to close gaps.
• Design content from scratch using ADDIE; maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Provide evaluations and feedback to learners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to build onboarding and advanced curricula.
• Define measures to assess training impact and identify improvements.
• Coordinate home-study materials and LMS access; track completions.
• Stay current on clinical information to keep training relevant.
