Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Program Trainer to design and deliver industry-leading training for clinical professionals and client teams, reporting to the National Program Director. This role requires initiative to create learning strategy and oversee content development.

You will develop curricula using ADDIE, assess learning impact, travel as needed, and partner with stakeholders to align onboarding and advanced learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of pharma/biotech training
• Demonstrated ability applying adult learning principles, ADDIE Model, Kirkpatrick evaluation model, competency models, curriculum and workshop design is required
• Outstanding content design skills with expert level PowerPoint skills
• Excellent facilitation, platform, and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, to meet short deadlines, and to collaborate with high initiative with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel and overnight availability

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all required training materials and/or home study materials for onboarding and ongoing training across franchises
• Utilize adult learning principles to enable optimal retention and application
• Develop materials including PowerPoints, manuals, online tutorials reflecting clinical trends
• Conduct needs analyses with SMEs and client groups to identify learning gaps
• Design learning content from scratch using ADDIE
• Update course materials to reflect healthcare and regulatory changes
• Provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership to develop onboarding and advanced curricula using tech tools
• Define measures to assess training effectiveness and identify improvements
• Interface with field management and internal teams to drive client results
• Maintain a current Training Plan and Matrix for goals and objectives
• Coordinate home-study materials and LMS access
