Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Program Trainer to design and deliver industry-leading clinical training. You will build and maintain training content, leveraging ADDIE, adult learning principles, and Kirkpatrick evaluations to drive learning effectiveness across client teams and internal stakeholders.

You will partner with leadership to develop onboarding and advanced curricula, coordinate LMS activities, and ensure content reflects current clinical information and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; RN preferred.
• Experience applying adult learning principles and ADDIE.
• Ability to design curricula and workshops.
• Excellent content design and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials for multiple franchises using live, virtual, and workshop formats.
• Apply adult learning principles to maximize retention and application.
• Create curricula reflecting healthcare trends and compliance standards.
• Conduct needs analyses with SMEs to identify learning gaps.
• Design content from scratch using ADDIE methodology.
• Provide evaluations and feedback to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build onboarding and advanced curricula.
• Define measures to assess training impact and identify improvements.
• Coordinate home-study materials and track completion via LMS.
• Stay current on clinical information to keep training relevant.
