Job summary

Syneos Health in Portland, OR seeks a Clinical Program Trainer to design, deliver, and optimize learning solutions for clinical teams. You will create training programs, update materials, and measure effectiveness while engaging with internal stakeholders and client groups.

Travel to Syneos Health locations is required. Required BA/BS, at least 3 years pharma/biotech training, and strong PowerPoint skills with ADDIE/Kirkpatrick experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate required; RN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years pharma/biotech training.
• Ability applying adult learning principles, ADDIE Model, Kirkpatrick evaluation model, competency models, curriculum and workshop design.
• Outstanding PowerPoint content design skills.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and to work at multiple Syneos Health locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training materials for new hires and ongoing programs across franchises.
• Design learning content using ADDIE methodology and update materials regularly.
• Provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop onboarding and curricula.
• Measure training impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate home-study materials and LMS access; ensure training completion.
