Job summary

Syneos Health in Portland, OR, seeks a Clinical Program Trainer to design and deliver industry-leading clinical training for healthcare providers and internal teams. You will develop strategies to improve learning effectiveness and oversee content, leveraging ADDIE and evaluation methods to drive outcomes.

Reporting to the National Program Director, you will train high-level professionals, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote continuous learning within Syneos Health and client teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate required, RN preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years pharma/biotech training.
• Experience applying ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and curriculum design.
• Excellent PowerPoint design and content skills.
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work at various Syneos Health locations.

Responsibilities

• Create and update training materials for multiple franchises across formats.
• Conduct needs analyses with SMEs to identify learning gaps.
• Design content using ADDIE and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver training across live, virtual, and workshop formats.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop onboarding and advanced curricula.
