Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years pharma/biotech training.
• Demonstrated ability applying adult learning principles, ADDIE Model, Kirkpatrick evaluation model, competency models, curriculum and workshop design is required.
• Outstanding content design skills with expert level PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent facilitation, platform, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet short deadlines, and collaborate with high initiative with cross-functional teams.
• Proven record of assessing and meeting customer needs.
• Strong analytical acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to move forward with ambiguous information.
• Adept at learning new technical, clinical, medical product, and disease state knowledge.
• Excellent computer/technology skills.
• Ability to work at Syneos Health locations as required.
• Willingness to travel and overnight availability.
• Leadership and management, managed care, reimbursement, and various therapeutic area expertise.

Responsibilities

• Train materials development for initial training and ongoing sessions across franchises.
• Use adult learning principles to optimize retention and application.
• Create materials like PowerPoint presentations, manuals, job-a-ids, online tutorials and curricula updates.
• Conduct needs analyses with SMEs and client groups to identify gaps.
• Design learning content from scratch using ADDIE.
• Update course materials to reflect healthcare and regulatory changes.
• Provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop onboarding and advanced curricula.
• Define measures to assess training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Identify business processes where the team must excel to reach goals.
• Interface with management and support teams to drive client results.
• Maintain a current Training Plan and Matrix.
• Coordinate home-study materials and LMS access.
• Stay current on clinical information to improve training relevance.
