Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Program Trainer to develop and deliver training for clinical staff across multiple franchises. You will design curricula, create materials, and ensure regulatory compliance while using adult-learning principles.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biotech training, BA/BS (RN preferred), and the ability to travel to Syneos Health locations. Strong PowerPoint and LMS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of pharma/biotech training experience.
• BA/BS degree required; RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials for multiple franchises using various delivery methods.
• Design and deliver training programs; assess learning effectiveness and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate onboarding and advanced curricula with stakeholders.
