Qualifications

• BA/BS/Undergraduate required, RN preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of pharma/biotech training
• Apply adult learning principles, ADDIE and Kirkpatrick
• Excellent PowerPoint content design
• Excellent facilitation, platform, and written/verbal communication
• Willingness to travel and work at Syneos Health locations

Responsibilities

• Create training materials for initial and annual training across multiple franchises
• Deliver training via live classrooms, virtual sessions, meetings and workshops
• Develop materials including PowerPoint, manuals, job-aids, online tutorials
• Conduct needs analyses with SMEs and client groups to identify gaps
• Design learning content using ADDIE methodology
• Update course materials to reflect changes in healthcare and compliance
• Provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership to build onboarding and curricula
• Define measures to assess training effectiveness and impact
• Maintain training plan and LMS documentation
• Stay current on clinical information to optimize relevance
