Job summary

Mercy Clinic Quailbrook in Oklahoma City seeks a Clinic Training Coordinator to lead orientation and initial training for clinic caregivers. You will support module design, apply adult learning techniques, and align training with Mercy's mission and vision.

The role includes coaching, performance management, and nationwide-to-local collaboration within Mercy communities. Travel within the service area is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: associate degree or equivalent clinical/education/management background.
• Certification: MA or nursing licensure preferred; RN/LPN preferred but not required.
• Experience: training & development plus clinical setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day orientation and initial training for clinic caregivers.
• Develop and support education modules blending best practices and Mercy mission.
• Lead training initiatives, coach staff, and manage performance feedback.
• Travel within the community as needed to support sites.
