Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years clinical nursing experience.
• ADN with 10 years nursing experience, or 5 years if enrolled in RN-to-BSN.
• Current state license and BLS provider.

Responsibilities

• Support orientation and competency programs for Mercy coworkers.
• Participate in in-service and continuing education and academic partnerships.
• Coordinate role transition and career development at unit level.
