Mercy Clinic Quailbrook in Oklahoma City is seeking a Clinic Training Coordinator - Clinical (Exempt) to lead the day-to-day orientation and training of clinic caregivers. You will design and deliver education modules, apply adult learning techniques, coach staff, and drive Mercy-wide training initiatives while supporting Mercy's mission and vision.

The role requires collaboration across teams, travel within the community as needed, and hands-on leadership in development and performance

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or comparable experience in a clinical, educational, or management area of expertise; must be a certified Medical Assistant or licensed nurse.
• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical, educational, or management area preferred.
• Experience: 3 years in training and development; 1 year clinic; 3 years leading people, processes or projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day orientation and initial training of clinic/outpatient caregivers.
• Support design of training modules using adult learning techniques and research.
• Lead coaching, feedback and performance development within clinics.
• Travel within the community as needed, with occasional assistance in neighboring communities.
