Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Program Trainer to design, deliver, and oversee training programs for our clinical teams and client groups. You will implement ADDIE-based content, leverage adult learning principles, and ensure training effectiveness across multiple franchises and platforms.

Reporting to the National Program Director, you will lead development of onboarding and advanced curricula, coordinate LMS activities, and provide timely evaluations.

Qualifications

• :// must have adult learning principles and ADDIE design experience.
• “Kirkpatrick evaluation model” experience in training programs.
• Proficient in creating engaging PowerPoint-based content.
• Strong facilitation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials for multiple franchises across platforms (in-person, virtual, etc.).
• Apply adult learning principles to optimize retention and application.
• Create materials like PowerPoint decks, manuals, job-aids, and e-learning content; maintain curricula.
• Perform needs analysis with SMEs and client groups to identify gaps.
• Design content from scratch using ADDIE methodology.
• Update course materials to reflect clinical and regulatory changes as SME.
• Provide evaluations and feedback to trainees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build onboarding and advanced curricula; include trainer materials.
• Define metrics to measure effectiveness and guide improvements.
• Identify key business processes where learning improves outcomes.
• Coordinate with field management and other teams to drive results.
• Maintain a Training Plan and Matrix to cover all goals.
• Oversee home-study materials and LMS access/completion tracking.
• Stay current on clinical information to keep content relevant.
