Job summary

Access Clinical Partners, LLC is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver, coordinate, and support clinical and operational training across the market. You will facilitate onboarding, classroom and in-center training for Providers, MA learners, and Radiologic Technologists, ensuring a smooth transition to independent support.

As an MA, you will assist Providers and staff with patient care tasks, while modeling professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN).
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; back-up facilitator as needed.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain training records; provide coaching and feedback.
