Job summary

Access Clinical Partners, LLC is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver, coordinate, and support clinical and operational training programs across our Atlanta market. The role includes onboarding, classroom instruction, and in-center training to help MA learners transition to independent active support for Providers in the market.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) is required.
2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar clinical settings; prior Training Coach/preceptor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
Monitor learner progress using tracking tools and report status to leadership.
Assess performance, validate competencies, and provide feedback to learners.
Support training operations, schedules, and program logistics with Training Leadership and Operations.
Provide clinical support as needed and maintain required competencies.
