Job summary

Tier1usa in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Clinical Trainer to enhance trainee development in ABA therapy. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and has at least three years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Responsibilities include training and supervising new RBTs, leading evaluations, and collaborating with clinical teams. Compensation ranges from $105,500 to $115,500 annually, plus bonuses and benefits including medical plans and a 401K with company contribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• 3 or more years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Preferred candidates have a background in child development or early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new trainee growth and development at local centers.
• Support ongoing RBT competency evaluations.
• Provide weekly supervision to trainees and case supervisors.
