Job summary

Compensation ranges from $105,500 to $115,500 annually, plus bonuses and benefits including medical plans and a 401K with company contribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• 3 or more years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Preferred candidates have a background in child development or early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new trainee growth and development at local centers.
• Support ongoing RBT competency evaluations.
• Provide weekly supervision to trainees and case supervisors.
