Qualifications

• Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and active Maryland BCBA license.
• Preferred candidates have a background in child development, early childhood education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new trainee growth and development at local centers.
• Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations for trainees.
• Provide weekly hours of supervision to trainees and case supervisors.
