Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Clinical Trainer in Greenbelt, Maryland, to oversee the development of new trainees in ABA therapy. This role involves providing training and evaluations for RBTs, facilitating educational sessions, and collaborating with clinical leaders to enhance Gold Star standards in autism therapy. The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree, possess BCBA certification, and have significant experience in early intervention. Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and active Maryland BCBA license.
• 3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new trainee growth and development at local centers.
• Support ongoing RBT competency evaluations.
• Provide supervision to trainees during their first 6 weeks.

Education
