Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience in child development or early childhood education is preferred.
• Strong desire to work with clients ages 2–6.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new trainee (BT/RBT) growth and development.
• Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations.
• Provide supervision and training for new trainees.
