Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience in child development or early childhood education is preferred.
Strong desire to work with clients ages 2–6.
Responsibilities
Responsible for new trainee (BT/RBT) growth and development.
Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations.
Provide supervision and training for new trainees.
