Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Rockville, MD is seeking an experienced PMHNP to join our clinician-centered team and deliver high-quality care.

You will provide medication management for adults, young adults, and children, collaborate across disciplines, document promptly, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed PMHNP in MD required.
• Active MD DEA license.
• Active NPI number.
• 2+ years medication management experience preferred (children/adolescents/adults).
• Direct clinical care experience required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

• $ 140,000 - $ 228,400 + inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in MD
• Active DEA license in MD
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
