Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Westminster, CO is seeking licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with strong support and a structured practice environment.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, excellent communication, and teamwork within an expanding organization that partners closely with you to ensure successful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
