Job summary

SOL Mental Health in New York is seeking a licensed PMHNP to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across diverse patient populations. The role emphasizes collaboration within a clinician-centered team and requires experience with medication management for children, adolescents, and adults.

Qualifications

• Active,Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY.
• Active DEA license in NY.
• Active NPI number.
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
