Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking clinicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children in our Ballston, Virginia clinic. You will work within a collaborative, clinician-centered team supported by admin and marketing resources.

Active VA licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) and direct clinical care experience are required. Expect comprehensive benefits, a 70k–90k+ salary with incentives, and a strong commitment to professional growth within our integrated care model.

• Active, independent license in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring
