Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking licensed clinicians in Virginia to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team at our Tysons location. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with supportive supervision and streamlined administration.

We offer a guaranteed base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, CEU support, paid holidays, and a clear path for career growth within an integrated care model.

Qualifications

• Active, independent VA license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) in Virginia.
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

What You Bring
