Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Maryland is seeking licensed clinicians to join a collaborative, clinician-centered team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children, with access to structure, support, and tools to do your best work.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000–$90,000+, with a guaranteed base plus incentives, a 401(k) match, a generous CEU budget, paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits including liability insurance, EAP, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children.
• Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.

Education

MD license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)

Experience in direct clinical care

Strong clinical judgment

Excellent communication skills

Interest in collaborative team environment

What You Bring
